Mr. Paul M. Seideman
President, Tresco of Idaho
Paul M Seideman is the President of Trust and Estate Services Company of Idaho (TrESCo of Idaho), a professional fiduciary company providing estate administration and Conservatorship services.
He is a graduate of George Fox College in Newberg OR. After working in the financial industry for 14 years, primarily as a branch manager for Washington Mutual Bank, he joined TrESCo of Idaho in 2008. He has been administering probate, conservatorship, and small trust cases in addition to running the small business. Paul has been a National Certified Guardian through the Center for Guardianship Certification since 2010.
Paul speaks frequently in the community on the topics of Guardianship and Probate administration issues and has done numerous continuing education seminars with the National Business Institute.
Paul currently lives in Star, ID with Nissa, his wife of more than 20 years, and 2 of their 4 children who have not yet left the nest.
Paul serves the community in the following capacities:
- Board of Directors with the National Guardianship Association
- Past President of the Idaho Guardian and Fiduciary Association
- Member of Ada County Elder Abuse task force
- Member Justice Alliance for Vulnerable Adults (JAVA)

Mr. A. Wesley Seideman
Chairman of the Board, Tresco of Idaho
A. Wesley Seideman founded TrESCo of Idaho in 2002, to fill a need in the community for a professional fiduciary serving the people of Southwest Idaho. Mr. Seideman has served as chairman of TrESCo of Idaho’s board of directors since 2013.
Mr. Seideman attended Whitworth College and graduated in 1965 with a BA in History and minor in Math. Mr. Seideman worked for Old National Bank for 10 years where he worked in retail banking, trust operations, tax preparer for estates, trusts, probate, conservatorships and administrator/officer of the bank. Mr. Seideman continued his career by joining Idaho First National Bank/US Bank. Mr. Seideman was with Idaho First National Bank/US Bank for 22 years where he developed an excellent reputation for administering Probate and Conservatorships. Mr. Seideman was Vice President and supervised probate and conservatorship administration throughout the State of Idaho.
Mr. Seideman lives in the Boise area with Kathie, his wife of 50 years. They have four adult children and 12 grandchildren.
Mr. Seideman serves the community in the following capacities:

- Founding Member of Idaho Guardianship and Fiduciary Association
- Former member of Planned Giving Advisory Board for Idaho Youth Ranch and still serves as a consultant to the Ranch
- Respected workshop speaker for many conferences concerning guardianship, conservatorship, probate and aging
- Expert witness and consultant for many local attorneys seeking assistance for complex fiduciary administrative matters

Mrs. Rebecca L. Parry
Chief Financial Officer, Tresco of Idaho
Rebecca L. Parry is the Chief Financial Officer and a Senior Account Administrator for Trust and Estate Services Company of Idaho (TrESCo of Idaho). Mrs. Parry is committed to TrESCo’s mission to provide ethical fiduciary solutions for families in our community. TrESCo is a professional fiduciary company providing Estate administration and Conservatorship services.
Mrs. Parry joined TrESCo of Idaho in 2007 after working at US Bank and Washington Trust Bank as an account administrator. At Tresco, she is currently a Senior Account Administrator responsible for administering probate, conservatorship and small trust cases. Mrs. Parry’s duties also include preparation of inventories, accountings, and plans of distribution for all accounts under agreement. In addition, she also oversees the financial aspects of running a small business. Mrs. Parry is a graduate of Gonzaga University with a BBA in Finance and a minor in Accounting.
Mrs. Parry and her husband have three children. This busy family loves being a part of their Catholic community, has been active in high school sports, and especially enjoys hiking in the Boise foothills. She is also the caregiver for an elderly family member. She brings personal experience in dealing with the everchanging dynamics of a three-generation family.
